It is with considerable regret that I write to inform you that, in light of the emergent developments concerning COVID-19, Taste of the South End will not occur as scheduled on Tuesday, March 24th at the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts.
The safety of our supporters, staff and patients is of paramount importance to us. We are also mindful that it is essential that we all do our part to minimize the risk of community spread. We have concluded that it is best not to proceed with the event at this time.
As might be expected with such a fluid set of circumstances, we cannot give you a certain date when Taste of the South End will be rescheduled. While we are in discussions with the Cyclorama regarding future possibilities, our primary consideration when determining whether/when to proceed will be informed by the guidance of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health regarding the resumption of large community events. We will be in touch when the picture is clearer and we can provide more definite information. It is our hope that we will be able to reschedule and that you will be able to participate when we do.
